About Us
Pennhills Resources is a privately held Exploration and Production company established in 2017 and is engaged in developing oil and natural gas resources in the Appalachian region of Northwestern Pennsylvania and Southwest New York.
Pennhills was started by two 4th generation brothers with close ties to the company's assets dating back to when their great-grandfather serviced the asset and field in the early 1930's with a team of horses. In 2017, Pennhills acquired assets from Shell Oil Company, assets which were preceeded by East Resources and Pennzoil Exploration and Production Company.
